Artist Biography: Antonio Mifsud (1977 – ) is a contemporary Maltese Artist. He, received early artistic training under the tutelage of Dr. Gorg Mallia (1957 – ) and later by the renowned sculptor Chev. Alfred Camilleri Cauchi O.R.C.B. His work is found across the Maltese Islands, in churches and public spaces including St.Paul’s Shipwreck, Rabat; at the Mater Dei Hospital Chapel and public places such as the Inquisitor’s Palace, Vittoriosa. His work can also be found in Australia, Canada and Egypt. Mifsud has participated in local and international collective exhibitions and competitions. To date he has organised four solo exhibitions.
